Whether you’re a ‘foodie’ or simply enjoy an evening out somewhere extraordinary, our exclusive Supper Club promises a truly fabulous night out for you and your partner or friends. This is The Pickled Fork’s first supper club in Yorkshire (and the first time we’re hosting such an event in The Old Kitchens).

With just two weeks to go, we’re very happy to be sharing the supper club menu with you below.

Supper club menu

Put together by Pickled Fork CEO Alex Motture, who has created menus for Chanel, Dior, Alexander McQueen and James Purdey. We hope you’ll agree this menu is the perfect blend of fine-dining and regional produce:

Starter  

Gin & Dill Cured Yorkshire Rainbow Trout | Beetroot | Pickled Cucumber | Rye Toast

Main  

Birdsall Estate Venison Loin | Braised Venison Sausage Roll | Celeriac | Cavolo Nero | Juniper Jus

Dessert

Dark Chocolate Delice | Cherries | Coconut Yogurt Sorbet

As with every event in The Old Kitchens, we’re partnering with Fusion Event Bars so you can purchase your wine and drinks from an outstanding selection, handpicked by Founder, Jules Lawrence.

In addition, Jules is creating a Wine Flight especially for the Supper Club. Classic whites and full-bodied reds will perfectly pair with Alex’s incredible menu, to ensure a sensational dining experience.

The wine-flight will be available to order on the night, along with wines by the glass and bottle, cocktails and other beverages.

The Old Kitchens is primarily used for private event hire. So, this is a rare opportunity to experience a night out in our new events space. Tickets are limited and selling fast.

Our Supper Club takes place on Friday 11th October. Arrival is at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start.
